The Barrhaven BIA is proud to join the Ontario Business Improvement Area Association (OBIAA)’s national campaign “Shop Main Street Canada, Support Local” and we encourage our members to do the same. The messaging and branding creates a sense of unity in this challenging economic time.
This campaign is dedicated to celebrating and strengthening the businesses that form the heart of our communities. This initiative encourages Canadians to adopt a local-first mindset, recognizing the critical role that Main Street businesses play in driving economic growth, creating jobs, and fostering vibrant, resilient neighbourhoods.
OBIAA has put together a toolkit to help businesses join this initiative which includes the following:
- Logo templates and social media frames to add this campaign to your branding.
- Information on hashtags and who to tag.
- Text for posts and communications.
