The Barrhaven BIA hosts a variety of networking events throughout the year to engage with our membership. These events include both large gatherings and small meet-ups. In 2025, we look forward to connecting with you at the following events:
Barrhaven BIA Annual General Meeting and Festive Reception
SAVE THE DATE: Our 2025 AGM will be held on Thursday, November 27th.
Join us for our biggest event of the year as we take a moment to reflect and celebrate all the work that was done in the previous year and share our plans for the following year.
Guests will enjoy a networking reception immediately following a brief meeting in a festive setting. Mix and mingle with fellow Barrhaven businesses.

The BBIA is proactive in influencing Barrhaven’s economic development and encourages local businesses and property owners to participate as well through the BBIA’s direct link to the City of Ottawa. Members have access to timely information on planning and zoning matters, up-to-date statistical information, and details of important City projects.

Our drop-in cafés are back and expanding!
Over the last year, our networking cafés have provided us with amazing opportunities to connect with many of you. We are excited to announce that these will be continuing in September, along with a new lunchtime opportunity to connect. These events will follow the same format as our previous networking cafés – no need to register, just stop in for a beverage of choice, some food, and an opportunity to connect with BBIA staff & board members as well as other Barrhaven business professionals.
