The wall is a yogi’s best friend. It’s there to support you in standing balances, to help you go into a deeper muscle stretch such as in King Arthur and to help you rest and restore such as in Legs Up the Wall. This Wall Yoga class will incorporate both Hatha and Yin style poses and is suitable for beginner right through to advanced yogis.
Come deepen and explore poses that you can do with the one prop you definitely have at home.
This class is limited to 12 students due to the amount of wall space so make sure to book your spot early.
