If you’ve never been, Tutti Frutti is a beautiful and bright restaurant located at Citigate (just across the parking lot from Value Village). It’s a breakfast restaurant and their menu features all the classics as well as unique and fresh options and as the name suggests, lots of fruit!
Tutti Frutti also has daily specials and promotions! From Monday to Friday, snag their Early Morning Breakfast Special for just $7.99 between 7 and 8:30am. Tuesdays is Seniors Day and all seniors receive 15% off. Omelet Wednesdays are always a big hit with $10 omelets and Short Stack Thursdays feature all you can eat pancakes for just $10! On Fridays, smoothies are buy 1 get 1 free and kids eat for $2 on weekends between 7am and 9am! So many great deals every day of the week!
Our breakfast at Tutti Frutti did not disappoint. We ordered from the standard menu, Strawberryfest menu, and the kids menu and everything was delicious! Nothing beats a big breakfast that you don’t have to cook!
The Nutella and Strawberry Crepe Combo off of the Strawberryfest menu is the perfect option if you just can’t decide between sweet and savoury! It comes with a perfectly soft crepe filled with fresh strawberries and Nutella, eggs, homestyle potatoes, and bacon! The combination makes for the perfect meal – honestly I’ve been dreaming of it ever since!
If you love eggs benedict, you have to try this! The Brie and Mushroom Benedict features perfectly poached eggs on an English muffin with Brie, mushrooms, and of course Hollandaise sauce. It is served with shredded hashbrown with caramelized onions and fruit. The eggs benedicts at Tutti Frutti are decadent and the brie and mushroom only elevate this classic flavour.
The kids menu features a variety of options for even the pickiest of eaters. From traditional breakfasts to sweet options, your little one will not be disappointed! Our little diner chose the French Toast with Bananas and Strawberries which was a huge hit! The chocolate coulis on top makes this meal feel more like dessert.
While you’re there, make sure to also take a look at the drink options! While the coffee is always a classic, there are many unique smoothies, milkshakes, and juices to choose from! We opted to try the new Tutti Frutti Iced Coffee (Cold coffee, ice cream, Nutella, Milk, and whipped cream!), an Oreo Shake, and Freshly Squeezed orange juice! They were the perfect pairings for our meals!
