DTSM Driving School

Our company motto of “Where Learning is Doing”™ is founded upon our central core value to create a supportive learning environment for newly licensed drivers not only to be able to understand the theory of driving but also the practical importance of operating a vehicle for successful driving careers ahead. D.T.S.M. owner and founder, Chris Dougherty, began his career in driver training in 1963 in England. As an experienced driving instructor, Mr. Dougherty moved to Canada with his wife and three children. Shortly afterwards, D.T.S.M. Driving Schools was founded in 1981. 

D.T.S.M. is now providing online driver education, reaching countless individuals who at one time would not have access to the standard format of driver’s education where we have taught over the last 40 years tens of thousands of individuals to obtain their driver’s license.
