Overcome Anxiety Clinic™

An event every 2 weeks that begins at 10:00 am on Saturday, repeating until October 27, 2018

The Overcome Anxiety Clinic™ is a natural and holistic approach to managing and overcoming anxiety and stress. It is designed for those who suffer from, for example, stress, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder and PTSD. It is a very private and personal experience for each person who participates. The Clinic is four 2.5 hour sessions over eight weeks. Each session includes gentle yoga (no yoga experience required), mindfulness, education and self-regulation tools and techniques to break the psychological, biochemical and physical cycles of anxiety. Classes are small; limited to 6 participants. The Clinic will be led by Susan Anderson, advanced teacher of therapeutic yoga (RYT-500), trauma informed yoga teacher and licensed Overcome Anxiety Clinic™ facilitator. This fall, two Clinics are available – Series A will be held on Saturday mornings from 10:00 am – 12:30 pm on Sept 15, Sept 29, Oct 13 and Oct 27 at the Kneaded Touch Massage Therapy clinic at 4100 Strandherd Drive, Suite 206. (Another Series – Series B – will be held on Thursday evenings. Information about Series B will be posted separately.)
