Our History: Our law firm dates back 35 years to the time when former University of Ottawa classmates Richard Bradley and Jerry Hiscock opened their practice in the growing Barrhaven area. The firm started as a general practice and upholds that proud tradition to this day, serving the needs of the community across a broad spectrum of practice areas. Since 1983, the Barrhaven community has grown tremendously and Bradley Hiscock has grown along with it. In 2002, the firm added another partner, long-time associate Paul McCracken, to create Bradley Hiscock McCracken. Over the years, we have grown to six lawyers on-staff, with four associates and two partners. We have added personal injury law and family law to our areas of practice.

As Barrhaven grows, new businesses have opened in the area and we are proud to serve the many professionals and small-to-medium enterprises as they establish their roots and grow.
