Had a busy week? Stressed? Maxed Out? Need to relax? This is the class for you! Come and unwind, decompress and find your inner peace. Relax your mind and body. Take that time out for you. Leave all your stuff at the door! A combination class of meditation with meditative inquiry, relaxation and soft yin/movement. Explore wonderful meditation in a group setting with group energy. This class is for all levels. This class will provide an opportunity to discover different techniques to help you meditate and give you the tools to continue your practice at home
