Mad Radish opened their first ever suburban location right here in Barrhaven back in March and since then, the community can’t get enough of their healthy gourmet fast food! Known for their salad bowls, sandwiches and smoothies, Mad Radish proves that healthy food can be delicious, and convenient too! But did you know that Mad Radish has expanded its menu and also offers Mexican food under the Luisa’s Burritos and Bowls brand and deliciously crafted pizzas under the Revival Pizza brand? All three are conveniently located under one roof at 34 Highbury Park Drive!

Mad Radish was founded in 2017 right here in Ottawa and, as with many businesses, the pandemic forced them to reinvent themselves and adapt to the changing needs of their customers. They quickly decided to launch two more gourmet fast food brands, extending into new categories and new dinnng occasions. The addition of the Luisa’s and Revival brands provide customer with greater variety in food that is made to order and fresh, but also built to travel. This variety is especially great for families who may not all share the same tastes; from the healthiest bowls through to gourmet pizzas and flavourful burritos, parents and children can agree that it’s a delicious option without having to drive all over town to please everyone. All three brands can easily be ordered together through the brand new Mad Radish app or website, or just walk in at 34 Highbury Park Drive!

Introducing Revival Pizza!

Today we want to take a moment to introduce you to the Revival Pizza brand. If you haven’t tried their exceptional Neapolitan style pizza with a modern twist, you’re missing out. The pizzas are made with the fresh and high quality ingredients you have come to expect from Mad Radish, with the added value of satisfying a craving for the decadence of hand-stretched pizzas. Give them a try and we promise, you won’t regret it. The menu features Italian classics like the Margherita or Sgt. Pepperoni, along with some creative takes (try the Sweet Heat & Blue for something truly unique) Your kids will love this pizza and you will too!

The **Margherita** is a simple pizza with big taste! San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, bocconcini, and fresh basil come together on a beautiful airy crust.

Are you a mushroom lover? The **Hen of the Woods** takes mushroom pizzas to a whole new level with a white sauce, mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, maitake mushrooms, hon shimeji mushrooms, button mushrooms, sesame seeds and a truffle oil drizzle.

The **Godfather** lives up to its name and combines both the finest fresh and cooked ingredients for italian perfection. San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, artichokes, Tuscan prosciutto, Italian spice mix, and topped with fresh arugula and a balsamic glaze, this pizza is delicious.

The **Sweet Heat & Blue** brings together sweet, spicy, and savoury flavours for something new and exciting! This pizza is topped with a white sauce, blue cheese, Calabrian chilli peppers, sweet potato, arugula, sesame seeds, and honey drizzle.
