As the Executive Director of the Barrhaven BIA, I am responsible for the success of the association through the effective leadership and overall management of the organization. Constantly striving to be a better leader is important to me. I like to surround myself with great leaders and mentors. There is always more to learn, a different, and possibly better, way to look at an issue and someone who has already learned this lesson and is willing to share their insight. That is why we, at the BBIA, take a collaborative approach in all that we do. I encourage all members to get actively involved with the BIA. The insight, knowledge, best practices, and expertise that I have gained in my role as Chair for OCOBIA and as a member of the provincial OBIAA Advocacy Committee are invaluable.
