The Overcome Anxiety Clinic™ is a natural and holistic approach to managing and overcoming anxiety and stress. It is designed for those who have, for example, stress, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder and PTSD. It is delivered in a small group setting over four 2 to 2.5-hour sessions that include gentle yoga (no yoga experience required), experiential learning, mindfulness and several self-regulation tools and techniques to break the psychological, biochemical and physical cycles of anxiety.
