Support First Responders Day – Gift Bag Contributors Wanted!

On Wednesday, May 1st, join us at the Nepean Sportsplex for Ottawa’s inaugural First Responders Day — a community celebration honoring the firefighters, paramedics, police officers, and frontline workers who keep us safe every day.

This free, family-friendly event will feature:
✅ Inspiring speakers focused on mental health & resilience
🎶 Live music and entertainment
🧘 Free wellness experiences like yoga and massages
🛍️ Local vendors and community organizations
🎤 Special appearances by Mayor Mark Sutcliffe, Hot 89.9, and more!

🎟️ Admission is free for all first responders, but registration is required for lunch and gift bag access.
