Bring a playful, willing spirit, curious mind and open heart, and join us for our spring Nia dance classes.

We will gently introduce you to the 52 moves (foundation) of Nia in a supportive way OR help to deepen your Nia practice!

Nia is a mindful movement practice that blends dance, martial arts, and healing arts to inspire strength, flexibility, mobility, freedom and joy!!!
