The Barrhaven BIA invites you to join us at our 2025 Annual General Meeting. This is an evening to celebrate – the program includes the launch of our new awards program with our special Legacy Awards honouring Barrhaven’s oldest independently owned businesses as well as the kick-off to the Barrhaven BIA’s 20th anniversary celebrations.

Pre-registration is required to properly document attendees for the AGM portion of the meeting and to plan for food and beverage requirements. Anyone is welcome to join us for the meeting – please note on your registration whether you are a BBIA Member or not as this needs to be documented.
VENUE INFORMATION
For the second year in a row the Barrhaven BIA AGM will be held in the beautiful atrium at the Caivan Headquarters on Borrisokane Road. There is plenty of free onsite parking (see diagram – please enter through the door denoted by a star). This venue is fully accessible.
LEGACY AWARDS
We are deeply honoured to present several local businesses with a Legacy Award at this year’s AGM. On January 1, 2026 the Barrhaven Business Improvement Area will celebrate its 20th anniversary. As part of this milestone, we are paying tribute to the founding businesses whose passion, perseverance, and commitment laid the foundation for all that have followed. Their stories will also be featured in special videos that capture the heart and soul of our community’s earliest days, celebrating some of the moments and memories that have defined Barrhaven.
